New Job and Well needed Vacation

Hello everyone. It has been awhile since I have blogged. I do apologize for any inconvenience. A lot of terrific and exciting things have happened since I have last blogged. I have started an amazing new job and my family and I went to Disney World for vacation. That was an awesome trip for the family. It was our first trip to Disney World. We stayed at the Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. It was a great resort. Our hostesses wore great vintage clothing. The hotel had a vintage theme. I won this trip off a promotion held by TBS. I am a true witness that you can win things off the radio and t.v and it not be a scam.

I have received many offers and great deals that are going on. First I hope everyone have already enrolled in Swag Bucks. Fridays are Mega Swagbucks days where you can earn Swagbucks in increments of 10, 20, 50 and even 100! As I have said before it is a great way to earn gift cards and great electronics doing stuff you already do while you are online. Surfing the web and shopping is some of the easy way to earn points. The gift cards are great gifts for birthdays and holidays.

Great Deals for the Cheap

Today I have received a lot of tips on great deals going on for Father's day. My favorite is 1.99lb cherries. Cherries are so expensive but it is one of my few specialties in life. Just this last weekend  I went to the market to buy some and they were $12 a bag. Wow!!! To say this least  I didn't get the bag. Well for today only, the World Market is having a sale on cherries.  I love to just snack on theses while watching a great movie. I really need to find out how many calories are in cherries. Do anyone know how many calories are in cherries?  What is your special little treat that you sometimes over indulge in? 

IKEA  is having a special breakfast for fathers on Father's Day.  IKEA is giving dads a small breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes) and coffee for free on Father’s Day. Yummy!! They even have specials meals for the children. This is a nice little place to go that many do not know about that sale meals. The prices are great.

Cities on The Cheap

You probably remember me stating that I am a mother of 2. Well today is the last day of school for my daughter. She is already asking "what are we going to do for the summer?"
I have found this great site Cities On The Cheap , one that I live by. I receive daily emails from them consisting of all the events and freebies that are going on in the city.You can even have it linked to your personal calendar, which I do. I just mark the events that I want a friendly reminder of and that is it. I find some amazing deals here. They list the free carnivals that are going on and they even have events for the parents listed such as free music to listen to. When they are 1/2 sales going on they are listed also. One thing that I really love about this site is that it will notify me when a restaurant is running a special such as kids eat free. I can speak on how much this site has save me as being a parent of two little ones who like to stay busy. It is a great site!!
